CAREER PIVOT PROGRAM (CP2) FAQ
What is your refund policy?
A 14-day cooling off period is applicable, which begins the day that payment for the program is received and ends 14 days thereafter. If you choose to cancel your participation in the program within this 14 day period, a full refund will be made to the PayPal Account used to purchase the program. Your refund must be requested in writing (via email) and sent to marybeth@marybethhosking.com. Refunds will be processed through PayPal within7 days of receipt of the refund request. Refund requests MUST be made PRIOR to commencement of the program. If you commence the program before the 14-day cooling off period has ended, the cooling off period ends immediately.
When does the program run?
The CP2 program involves five sessions, one hour each in duration, over the course of five weeks. There is a new program round each month. When you sign up to participate in the CP2 program you will be automatically enrolled in the next available program round unless you inform us that you would like to start at a later round due to existing commitments.
How is the program delivered?
You can choose to undertake the program either in-person, virtually (via Zoom), or a hybrid of the two. To select in-person, you must reside in or can easily access Melbourne, Victoria. Live out of the city or even overseas? Not to worry, the virtual sessions are still fully personalised, one-on-one and just as effective.
Are there limits on how many people can sign up for each program round?
Yes! Each program round is strictly limited to six participants only. This is due to the personalised nature of the program. By keeping the spaces limited, we can ensure that you get a true, one-on-one experience without compromising the quality of the sessions.
What happens if I can’t make one of the sessions due to other commitments?
There are two days available each week of the program to choose from and we have a flexible range of hours to cater for participants who are overseas or who work during the day. Please see the schedule below for the next few program rounds to see if the program timetable will work within your schedule.
What happens if I get sick and can’t finish the program?
Upon commencement of the program, certain provisions can be made for participants who find themselves, due to extenuating circumstances, unable to participate in the round of the program for which they enrolled. Participants who are unable to complete their program round may request to delay the start ,or reschedule the remainder of the program in a later program round. Users have 6 calendar months to reschedule the remainder of their program sessions.

Will there be any homework?
In a word, yes! But this is the kind of homework you will WANT to do. As you work through your worksheets, you will find a world of hidden opportunities opening for you. These are exciting times, and like with everything, the more effort you put in to the program, the more you will get out of it. Don’t worry, we promise the homework won’t take too much of your time.
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not. Once you have paid for the program, all the worksheets are included. There is nothing left to pay.
What areas do you service?
At present, CP2 is available to people in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Can I access the worksheets once I have completed the program?
Yes! Once you have enrolled in a program, you will have access to the worksheets forever.
Can I pay for extra mentoring sessions once I have finished the program?
There is an option to purchase extra mentoring sessions once you have completed the program. Some clients like to schedule a session three months and six months after completion to check in and see how the plan is progressing. These sessions are 30 minutes in duration and must be paid for at time of booking.
Will I still get the free e-book even if I don’t stay for the whole 30-minute information session webinar?
The free e-book is available to everyone who stays until the end of the free 30-minute information session webinar. Once the webinar ends, you will receive your PDF of the e-book via email, usually within the hour.
Do I need to do the information session at all? What if I just want to sign up right away?
You can absolutely skip the webinar and sign up right away for the program but we do encourage you to check out the information session first to make sure the program is the right fit for you. We have many information sessions available to choose from and you will receive a special program discount at the end that is exclusive for webinar attendees, so it is definitely worth your while!
Does this program guarantee me a job at the end?
Sadly, no. That is not a guarantee anybody can make in good conscience and we would be extremely wary of any company offering a service that makes these kinds of promises. What this program WILL do is open your mind to opportunities that you may have never considered applying for before.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
The first question you need to ask yourself is “How committed am I to real, meaningful change?” Like anything, the more you put into this program, the more benefit you will get out of it.
